Artificial graphite anode material are mainly made from high quality low sulphur content petroleum coke or needle coke which are with high capacity, high compact density, high temperature storage performance and excellent cycle performance. After grinding, the raw materials turned into 5-75μm ultra-fine powder and our shaping mill is specially designed for anode material, which is use for material surface modification, to improving the tap density.
Most graphite has a high degree of smoothness and has been spheroidized, but there are still a few that need to be granulated and the electrical heating device will provide staged heating to help the mixed materials coated.
The most important function of pre carbonization process is to improve materials density and increase the loading capacity of graphitization furnaces. It makes the coating material and spherical graphite fused together and the coating material formed a shell to wrapping the spherical graphite.
High temperature carbonization after the graphitization process can remove impurities and improve product quality. The maximum temperature can reach 1200℃.
The final product handling system which include feeding, screening, mixing, demagnetization, packaging system. After processing, it can ensure the stability of different batches of materials and remove magnetic substances and impurities.
